Very helpful staff, had to use facilities for a sudden lower back extreme pain issue. Waiting time was as expected being urgent care, but wasn't bad. Diagnosed throughly and treatment plan setup. Follow up appointments were through and supported with referrals for additional treatment. Overall very satisfied.

While visiting from out of town we stopped in to have my son checked for ear infection. The staff were incredibly emphathetic and professional. We didn't have to wait long after we arrived, and Dr. Cardinal was so kind and helpful in diagnosing my son.

Had an urgent care situation, went in holding a compress on a seriously lacerated thumb. Julie, the PA on staff saw me within 5 minutes and did a superb job placing 6 perfect stitches. Silver health care provided outstanding medical treatment and great post treatment instructions. Everyone was professional, kind and compassionate. Ive lived in big cites, suburbs and small towns, I can’t imagine this being done better. This is a small community and we are blessed to have world class care in our midst.

I have never had an issue with any interaction with staff or medical providers. They are always pleasant and professional. I am totally pleased with follow up from my primary care doctor and the timeliness of test results. Dr Aversa is my primary care physician. I recommend him highly.

Visited this clinic for an emergency procedure. The staff was pleasant and professional. Dr Cardinal explained the procedure and what she would be doing step by step. She prescribed antibiotics and took the time to talk about the dosage and side affects. Made sure to let me know that she would be available all weekend if she was needed. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have had zero luck getting ahold of my doctor on several occasions for refills. Office staff is rude and has zero sense of urgency. I would not recommend going here unless you are okay with being put on medication and then going without for weeks at a time. Edit* - I am very happy to say that they resolved this issue after getting in contact with them, they helped me get my medication even on New Year’s Day and I am very hopeful they are improving their patient services. Thanks again Silver health!

I had a dental emergency while visiting my son over Thanksgiving. I'm from out of state. My blood pressure became extremely elevated and I was so nervous about everything. I ended up in urgent care 3 days in a row. Bob and Deandra were so helpful and kind. Bob worked with me closely regarding my elevated BP and took into account my issues with anxiety. Excellent care! The clerical staff was great as well. I'm so thankful they were there when I needed them!

Best clinic I've found in Silver City. Friendly front desk people greet you in a person-to-person way vs. "all business" or as an "anonymous" clinic-to-client way . Doctors and other medical staff are competent, "listen to the client" and also treat you as a human being, not just a body presenting with symptoms. That said, the entire working group of physicians, PAs, and staff are remarkably efficient as well!

I am writing this review after having been seen here several times (10 practitioner visits in less than four months). I am no stranger to Silver Health CARE. I read through most of the "reviews" here, and they seem to predominantly be one-time visits, whining about the waiting time and "cell service." Go to ANY medical facility in the USA, and guess what, you're going to wait. Especially for Urgent Care! I only had one Urgent Care visit here, and yes, the wait was long, which was to be expected. Regarding phones, medical facilities are not cell service providers. That comment by many is absurd. I have never had issues with my cell phone inside this place, having used it inside the lobby, inside closed exam rooms (where the actual medical visit happens), and even in the back office of the Office Manager, when I had to deal with issues getting my medical history from my previous PC. Thank you, Amy, for your work! I have seen four different care providers in my ten visits. Each one listened to me, and provided the best care that they were individually comfortable in providing. There are a lot of people quick to sue, and being a healthcare provider in the USA is a prime target for lawsuits. I can understand why some healthcare providers are hesitant to prescribe certain medications (especially pain killers, as mentioned in one complaint, and stronger medicines - one care provider here would not prescribe me a particularly potent medicine I requested, so I saw a different provider who would - both work inside the same building). The actual visits have never been rushed with any of the providers I have had here, and they actually listened to me to make a plan of treatment. Did I always agree? Not entirely, but I am also not a licensed healthcare provider. Providers are different, just as people are different. Find one that matches you where you are at.
